Return policy

If the product ends up not being to your liking or if for any other reason you would like to return the product, you can do so within 14 days after receiving the order. After canceling your order, you have another 14 days to return the product. You’ll receive the full amount including delivery costs, but excluding the postal costs for returning the product, estimated at €6,95 per package (consult your local delivery service for the exact amount).

In case you choose to use your right of withdrawal, the product will need to be returned with all the included attachments and accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging to BoosterMe. To make use of this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then transfer the due amount within 14 days after notifying us of your return, provided that the product has been received in good order.

If the product or packaging is damaged more than needed to try out the product, we can pass on the costs of this depreciation of the product back to you. Treat the product with care and make sure it is properly protected and packaged before sending.
